Zettersfeld opens three slopes: Families enjoy lowest prices!
The news from Lienz Zettersfeld comes with great joy: the family ski run will open next weekend, December 7th and 8th! Mario Tölderer, chairman of the mountain railways, announced that despite challenges - such as strong winds and limited water resources - three groomed slopes will eventually be available. Considering that it briefly looked as if only the lower slopes at the Biedner and Wartschenbrunn lifts were ready, this is a happy turning point for all ski enthusiasts. It will be particularly family-friendly because children up to 6 years of age have free entry, and those young at heart up to 18 years of age can also hit the slopes for just 12.50 euros. Adults pay an affordable price of 25 euros for a day ticket, like Dolomite town reported.
Winter fun for the whole family
Zettersfeld is notable not only for its generous slope development, but also for its quality certification as a Tyrolean family ski area. This award guarantees that the infrastructure and offerings are tailored to the needs of families. Parents can sit back and enjoy the day while their children safely learn their first turns in the snow. The perfect gastronomy, snow sports schools and ski rentals ensure that your winter holiday is unforgettable Lienz mountain railways.
Another highlight this weekend is the Ö3 disco on Sunday from 12.30 p.m. at the valley station of the Steinermandl lift. The event celebrates the premiere of the new Zettersfeld stage and offers not only musical entertainment, but also the opportunity to immerse yourself in a wintery atmosphere. It will be an exciting start weekend for all winter sports enthusiasts, which will increase the anticipation for the season even further!
