The spectacular “Best of” of the Landjugend Österreich recently took place in Bregenz, where outstanding projects from all over the country were awarded. Groups from the Kitzbühel district were able to shine with impressive performances. For example, the JBLJ Jochberg with its “Kinder-Oimroas” project and the JBLJ Kirchberg with the “Renovation of the Kirchberg Forest School” each achieved a bronze medal. The silver went to JBLJ Hopfgarten for the concept “Understand agriculture and don’t give a damn”. The district project “Faszination Agriculture” of the TJBLJ Kitzbühel district was pleased to receive the gold award, which, according to district manager Johanna Wurzrainer, was the culmination of a dedicated work. Ski star Chiara Mair's career ends
Meanwhile, Austrian ski racer Chiara Mair had to end her career in alpine skiing and is now taking on a new challenge.
