The Salzburg University of Applied Sciences enjoys a high level of popularity and satisfaction, as a current survey by the target group office confirms. Over 80% of those surveyed from Salzburg, Upper Austria, Tyrol, Carinthia and Bavaria know the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, with two thirds saying it has an excellent image. The survey, which was carried out between June 14 and 24, 2024 and included 1,000 people aged 16 to 65, shows that practical training and excellent career opportunities are particularly valued. According to the survey, 69% of those surveyed would say that a degree from the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences optimally prepares them for the job market, and 65% believe in international job opportunities for graduates, reports OTS.
Excellent working conditions and health promotion
The satisfaction continues not only among the students, but also among the employees. A comprehensive employee survey shows that perceptions of working conditions have improved, particularly with regard to company management, the working atmosphere and pay. The situation in the home office was also examined this year. The employees of the FH Salzburg consider working from home to be positive and feel that they have sufficient technical equipment. It is noteworthy that 100% of the employees are aware of the FH's company health promotion (BGF) and many would recommend these measures to others.
