Fire disaster in Erlinsbach: House destroyed, woman missing!
On the evening of March 13, 2025, a devastating fire broke out in a house in Erlinsbach (Switzerland) that led to dramatic scenes. Neighbors reported the fire around 5:30 p.m., and when the fire brigade arrived, part of the older house on Brüggerweg was already on fire. Thanks to the courageous work of the fire brigade, which was also required by a strong north wind, it was possible to control the fire before it could spread to neighboring apartment buildings. According to Fireworld.at remained a 75-year-old woman, unharmed and were able to get back on time.
The fire brigade fought late into the night to extinguish the last foci. As a precaution, several apartments were evacuated for the safety of the residents until the smoke and the danger were over.
