Thomas Gottschalk surprises the 100,000 lights at the Advent Festival!

On Saturday evening, November 30th, the "Advent Festival of the 100,000 Lights" will again illuminate the screens! A very special guest will be there: the legendary Thomas Gottschalk (74), known from "Wetten, dass ..?". But what does the TV star have to do with the musical show by Florian Silbereisen (43)? The tension increases!

The spectators can look forward to a spectacular line-up! Also included are hit sizes such as Andrea Berg (58), Andy Borg (64), DJ Ötzi (53), Ella Finally (40), Ross Antony (50) and Semino Rossi (62), which will create a festive atmosphere. But Gottschalk will not appear as a singer - that would be too easy! Instead, he will slip into the role of a storyteller and read out of the Christmas book, a tradition that has existed for 15 years at the Advent Festival. "Similar to Mario Adorf and Hannelore Elsner, I will read something from the Christmas book," he reveals in an interview with bild.de.

The appearance of the former “Wetten, dass ..?” Moderator comes as a surprise to many. "The real Christmas miracle is my appearance at Florian, about 100,000 lights I have always made fun of it," admits Gottschalk. He himself never thought that he would be part of this festive event.
