A serious traffic accident occurred in Westerheim at the weekend in wintry conditions. A 19-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle on the slippery road and crashed into a guardrail. That accident occurred on the local road from Oberwesterheim in the direction of the sports field, just before the railway underpass. Immediately after the first crash, a 19-year-old driver was no longer able to brake in time and slipped into the already damaged car. Fortunately, both people involved in the accident remained uninjured ulm-news.de reported.
However, the damage to the vehicles is significant: the material damage to the first victim amounts to around 20,000 euros, while the second car suffered damage of around 15,000 euros as a result of the impact. Both cars had to be towed after the accident, indicating the dangerous road conditions.
