Silvio W., an electrician who runs an electronics shop in the region, has not been shy about talking openly about his aversion to the AfD-even in front of his customers. He is aware that he may violate unwritten rules, but it is impossible for him to remain silent. "When inhuman slogans are taken seriously, I have no other choice," said the entrepreneur.
In this sense, he took part in a signature campaign that was directed against a AfD candidacy at the beginning of the year. His apprentices supported him, but soon had to expect the negative consequences of their decision. "It turned out that the two received a visit a few days later," reports W. in the ARD magazine "Report Mainz".
