FPö sur le chemin du président du Conseil national: nouvelles majorités et coutumes
La discussion sur le futur président du Conseil national en Autriche augmente la vitesse. Après que l'ÖVP a déjà signalé son soutien, le deuxième président du Conseil national Doris Bures du SPö se joint maintenant à cette idée. Il souligne l'importance de la conformité à la Constitution, les règles de la procédure et les règles non écrites du parlementarisme autrichien.
Bures soutient qu'il est important d'accorder la priorité au groupe parlementaire le plus fort au Parlement dans l'occupation du président du Conseil national. Sinon, avec leur majorité, les factions gouvernementales pourraient occuper les trois postes du président, ce qui pourrait conduire à un déséquilibre.
La décision de savoir qui le FPö nommera sera prise dans les comités correspondants dans les prochains jours. Norbert Hofer, le troisième président actuel, bénéficie d'un large soutien à son mandat. Néanmoins, d'autres rôles au sein du parti pourraient lui être attribués. Les autres candidats potentiels sont Volksanwalt Walter Rosenkranz ou MP Susanne Fürst.
La règle selon laquelle la faction la plus forte ne fournit au président du Conseil national qu'une coutume. Les Verts ont déjà annoncé qu'ils voteraient contre un candidat des rangs du FPö. Il reste à voir comment la Situation se développera.
