After approved outcome: aggressive man has to go back to prison

In an incident that dealt with both the police and the judiciary, a 32-year-old man was arrested in Vienna-Landstrasse on Thursday. The Austrian had not returned to prison from an approved outcome from the Vienna Simmering judgment. Instead, he went to his mother, which finally led to an alarming situation.

His mother tried to convince him that he should go back to prison. Unfortunately, this request was unsuccessful. Apparently the man was drunk and was unreasonable to the officials. This meant that his mother was forced to call the police to clarify the situation.

Return by special unit

The Viennese police reacted quickly to the mother's call. When they arrived, the officials described the man as aggressive. In cooperation with the special unit Wega, which is trained for particularly difficult layers, the presumably alcoholic man was finally brought back to the judiciary, where he has to pay a five -month prison for property damage.

This incident raises some questions about the approved output of prisoners. This regulation is intended to enable occupants to be able to leave prison under certain circumstances to maintain social contacts or to prepare for return to social life. However, returning to the institution of such an outcome is essential to maintain the integrity of the system.
