In 2024, the medical services of the Vienna Red Cross were active on more than 700 days of use, including popular events such as big concerts and the Viennese ice room. The total amount of the hours worked in the area of outpatient and medical services was 33,622. In addition, the organization underlines the importance of call help, which enables older and needy people to live safely in their own home. This required a total of 11,500 missions last year, which illustrated the relevance of this offer.
