An innovative project is the "Grätzelheitung", which uses excess warmth of server rooms from the digital REALTY to produce district heating. This project started in the winter of 2023 and enables up to 70% of the clinic to cover up to a climate -neutral clinic. By using these waste heat, the clinic can save up to 4,000 tons of CO₂ per year.
