Schnitzelbär expansion in Höchst: Visiting the construction site clarifies on delays and opening date

In Höchst has been talking about the opening of a new schnitzel restaurant for some time. The Schnitzelbär chain has been planning the expansion for three years, but so far the restaurant has not yet been opened. But there is progress on the construction site that show that it is going on.

At the beginning of the year, the work was started, with the site manager Benjamin regret that there are still some theses. Interior work such as the floor covering and the painting work as well as the entire equipment are still missing. The design of the outdoor area should start in November.

The official opening date is planned for February next year if everything goes according to plan. The operator of the Schnitzelbär chain, Dietmar Pichler, confirms this information and is confident. Despite the delays and challenges during the construction process, Pichler is looking forward to the opening.

The long delay of the project can be traced back to various reasons, including changes in the architects, the effects of the Covid 19 pandemic and delays due to rain and vacation from the construction company. But now it seems that the project is on the home stretch and the opening will soon be imminent.
