Kiwanis Prize 2024: Christmas angels from Dornbirn receive social award
In the Hotel Traube in Braz, the coveted Kiwanis Prize in 2024 was recently awarded to the “Christmas angels” from Dornbirn. This prize, endowed with 6,000 euros, was presented at a meeting of all Vorarlberg Kiwanis club. The President of the Kiwanis Bludenz-Rätikon, Alexander Plakolm, praised the commitment of the association, who works for children in need throughout the year by fulfilling her heart's wishes. The commitment of the founder Sandra Antonazzi and her team was particularly emphasized.
Another highlight of the evening was the handover of the office to Gerhard Beck, who as the new Lt. Governor was elected by Kiwanis Vorarlberg. Thomas Koch, the previous incumbent, looked back on his term and handed over the position to Gerhard Beck from the Kiwanis Club Bludenz-Rätikon. The support of all Kiwanis clubs in Vorarlberg illustrates the importance of this social initiative, which contributes to giving children a little pleasure in need.
