Art during the start: Bludenz shows fascinating new caution!

Bludenz, Österreich - An exciting art event is imminent in Bludenz! The second part of an important exhibition will be opened on March 20, in which the latest art purchases in the State of Vorarlberg are presented. This exhibition, which represents a cooperation between all -round Bludenz, the Vorarlberg Museum and the cultural department of the country, offers insights into contemporary art with current topics ranging from people and the environment to art and AI. As reported by Orf Vorarlberg , the presentation this year is divided into two parts due to the large number of works.

The first part took place from February 28 to March 16, while in the second part of renowned artists such as Ilse Aberer and Melanie Berlinger are exhibited. A total of 21 artists were acquired in the last purchase period from 2022 to 2024. The purchase budget was raised to an impressive 180,000 euros last year, which underlines the importance and appreciation of contemporary art. "It was important to us to document processes and integrate new talents in our collection," emphasizes Andrea Fink, who was responsible for the selection of the works.
