The 24th edition of the "ORF-Langen Nacht der Museumen" took place in Frastanz, which attracted a large number of visitors. Seven museums in the Vorarlberg museum world offered the night owls a discovery tour until after midnight. The highlight of this edition was the electrical museum, which delighted visitors through its modernization with new subject areas.

The exhibition on video technology, which was presented in the newly built gallery, is particularly worth mentioning. Hannes Wiederin has led visitors through the development of video cameras for film and television in the past few decades. Another surprise was waiting on the stairs, where a wall with radios of the last century was created on the occasion of 100 years of radio in Vorarlberg.

The employees of the museum world, including Kurt Moll and Reinhard Häfele, patiently led through the various museums. President Manfred Morscher was pleased that the electrical museum was largely modernized after many hours. Visitors were particularly impressed by the ancient telephone apparatus in the electrical museum and the special vehicles in the fire brigade museum. Film screenings and special effects in Wollasopf rounded off the varied program.
