Design the future of bicycle traffic in the valley kettle-kick-off on December 2!
The future of bicycle traffic in the Reutte valley boiler is to be actively designed. The climate and energy model region (KEM) Lechtal-Reutte, together with the municipalities of Breitenwang, ehenbichl, Lechaschau, Reutte and Pflach, and the climate alliance Tyrol, invites you to take part in a kick-off event on December 2, 2024. The aim of this initiative is to focus more on the bicycle as an everyday means of transport. Appropriate planning and infrastructures are necessary for this, such as suitable storage systems.
The event takes place at 6:00 p.m. in the Fort Claudia hall in VZ Breitenwang. Everyone is invited to contribute their own ideas and suggestions to improve cycling in the region. The "Pro Byke" process includes a workshop, a bike tour with subsequent video analysis and an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the existing bike paths. The goal is to create a plan of measures that is to be implemented continuously by regional politics and administration, as well as a map that shows the best bike paths in the valley boiler.
kick-off event in December
The organizers hope that the collection of ideas is as diverse and comprehensive as possible. Together with politics, administration and committed citizens, specific measures are to be developed in order to improve the conditions for cyclists in the Reutte valley boiler.

In order to participate in the event, you are asked to register in advance by email to renate.litzelmann@reutte.at. This initiative is not only aimed at cyclists, but to everyone who is interested in more environmentally friendly mobility.
