Lienz, Österreich - On July 12, 2025, Thomas Tschurtschenthaler set an impressive record by lying the route of the Iseltrail in just 10 hours and 1 minute. The 60-year-old started early in the morning at the confluence of Isel and Drau in Lienz and reached the glacier gate of the Umbalke, the birthplace of the Isel River at 1:01 p.m. This challenging route comprises a total of 64.25 kilometers and 2,348 meters of altitude.
