Sustainable real estate in focus: ÖGNI provides information in Innsbruck
The Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate, known as ÖGNI, is committed to sustainability and invites you to take part in its upcoming event in Innsbruck. On November 21, 2024, interested parties have the opportunity to take part in an information event in the Bierstindl free of charge. The topic revolves around sustainable real estate and the EU taxonomy, which provides guidelines for sustainable business in the real estate industry.
Registration is required to take part in the event, which can easily be done via Eventbrite. The registration form can be accessed using the following link: ÖGNI Eventbrite.
The mission of the ÖGNI
The ÖGNI acts as a non-governmental organization (NGO) with the aim of promoting sustainable practices in the construction and real estate industry. It relies on several ways to have a positive influence on the industry. Among other things, particular attention is paid to the so-called DGNB system, a certification system that assesses the quality and sustainability of buildings.
In addition, ÖGNI is an active part of a larger network as a partner of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and as the only Austrian member of the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC). This underlines the international importance of the organization and its efforts to establish sustainable real estate solutions.
- Förderung umwelt- und ressourcenschonender Gebäude
- Akademische Weiterbildung durch die ÖGNI-Akademie
- Transparenz und regelmäßige Prüfung der Arbeitsweise
Through these initiatives, ÖGNI aims to raise awareness of the importance of sustainable building practices and encourage both builders and users to strive for sustainable standards. The focus is on a healthy indoor climate, flexible usage options and economic efficiency.
The event in Innsbruck represents a valuable opportunity to obtain information and exchange ideas. Sustainability in the real estate industry is not just a current buzzword, but a necessity for the future development and preservation of our environment.
