New primary care centers: health care in Fohnsdorf improved
Medical care in rural regions, especially in the districts of Murtal and Murau, has recently become more important. The increasing life expectancy brings with it an increase in age -related diseases, which requires regular medical controls. In this context, more and more municipalities are relying on primary care units (PVE) to improve basic medical care.
Secondary state parliamentary president Gabriele Kolar recently informed about the progress in developing new PVE. The plan for a new PVE in Fohnsdorf was already presented in summer, and in Zeltweg there is the only children's primary care center in Styria, which is operated by the merciful brothers. These facilities aim to optimize health care for the population, especially for children.
planned extensions of primary care
The construction of new primary care centers is planned for the coming year in Knittelfeld and Neumarkt-Scheifling. Gabriele Kolar was pleased to say about the progress: "I have put pressure on it. In the meantime, many plants have already risen." This initiative shows the commitment of government officials to improve medical care in these rural areas.
Another positive step is to expand the opening times of the Kinder-PVE in Zeltweg, which comes into force in November. This increases the accessibility for families, which is particularly important, since children often need frequent medical controls.
The development and implementation of such medical institutions is of great importance for the local population. It is expected that these changes will improve medical care sustainably and offer people in these rural regions better health care.
