Hartberg welcomes new restaurant: Hart’n’Stone opens on Rochusplatz

In the picturesque town of Hartberg, Martin Steinkellner and his partner Magdalena Nedwed have opened a new restaurant that brings a breath of fresh air to the gastronomic scene. This restaurant called “Hart’n’Stone – Guat’s Essen & Mehr” is located on Rochusplatz, on the site of the former Roko restaurant. The opening ceremony not only attracted the attention of gastronomy lovers, but also local heads such as mayor Marcus Martschitsch and club chairman Dietmar Peinsipp, who wished the new location every success.

The concept of the restaurant is aimed at connoisseurs of various menus as well as snack lovers. During the day, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., a selection of weekly changing menus is offered. In the afternoon until 8:30 p.m., guests can choose from an extensive snack menu that includes a variety of dishes. From Wednesday to Saturday, exquisite three- to seven-course tasting menus are on the program in the evenings, and the dishes can also be ordered individually. A “hit of the day” is also offered while stocks last.

Enjoy regionally

“A special focus is on regional and seasonal dishes,” explains Steinkellner. This makes the restaurant's furnishings unique and distinguishes it through its close ties to the region. Using fresh, locally produced ingredients could not only support the local economy, but also enrich guests' dining experience.

The opening hours of “Hart’n’Stone” are Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. The restaurant is a promising addition to Hartberg's gastronomy and could certainly revitalize the local food culture. For further information and details about the menu offerings, the restaurant's official website, www.hartnstone.at, is worth a visit.
