First pension outpatient clinic in Graz-West: Revolution for health care!
Laimgrubengasse 10, 1060 Wien, Österreich - A significant progress in health care is celebrated with the opening of the initial care outpatient clinic (EVA) Graz-West in Styria. From December 16, 2024, the test operation of this facility begins, which was created together by six organizations, including AUVA, ÖGK and Kages, how the OTS reported. This outpatient clinic aims to reduce the significant loads of the hospital samples of UKH Styria and LKH Graz II and to ensure targeted medical care for patients who need acute help but do not require inpatient treatment.
The EVA offers a comprehensive range of services, including general medical acute care and radiological diagnostics, which is carried out in cooperation with AUVA and Kages. After the holidays, on January 7, 2025, the transition to full operation takes place, which ensures quick and effective medical help for all patients who are looking for support without an appointment. This achievement not only means relief for the existing hospital legacies, but also an improvement in the medical infrastructure in the region.
educational offers for the future
parallel to health care also takes place in the education sector. The Graz-West education center, offered by BFI Styria, aims to offer support for people with a migration background and those with learning difficulties in order to catch up with their formal compulsory school. As described in BFI Styria , this preparatory course not only offers lessons in essential subjects, but also additional offers for individual further development. The measure is a decisive basis for the professional future of the participants.
This course begins on October 21, 2024 and runs until October 9, 2025, and the participants are prepared for the conclusion in 24 teaching units per week. The education center thus opens up access to new professional perspectives and contributes to personal development. At a time when there are both health and educational challenges, these initiatives are essential for strengthening the region.
