In the region north of Graz environment, the new construction of the environmental technology company KompTech runs at full speed. "We strive for certification with the gold status of ecological sustainability and want to show that economic success and ecological responsibility can go hand in hand," adds Feyerer. The gold status is one of the most respected awards for sustainable building in Austria and is awarded by the Federal Ministry of Climate Protection.

From the beginning, KompTech has followed an innovative and democratic planning approach. User groups that consist of employees of various departments were integrated into the planning process.
