Simon Eder, one of the long -time participants in the World Cup, emphasizes the special excitement associated with the start. "It is the first real location determination in the season," said the experienced athlete and is looking forward to returning to the domestic audience.

The final preparations are in full swing in Hochfilzen. Franz Berger, the organizational manager, gives the all -clear: "The preparations are on schedule." He and his team are working to offer the athletes, their caregivers and media representatives the best conditions. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, grandstands and technical facilities are set up, while the snow conditions for the route are optimal.
"There is still a little time for the final route preparation," says Berger. This promises exciting competitions for the approximately 650 athletes from 32 nations and approx. 250 media representatives.
The competition program in Hochfilzen promises three exciting days. The sprint races start on Friday, followed by the persecution on Saturday. The relay races complete the event on Sunday, with the award ceremony taking place immediately after the competitions. A colorful fan program will also create a mood, and a biathlon party is increasing on the competition days.
