Learning English with fun: Tamsweger middle school students inspire at English Week

As part of the "English Week" at the Tamsweg middle school, the students of the 3rd grades experienced an exciting week full of interactive learning opportunities in October. This initiative enabled them to significantly improve their English skills through personal exchange with native speakers.

Around 60 learning enthusiasts took part in the project week. The interactive teaching units were designed in such a way that the students not only learned passively, but actively dived into the language, which made learning particularly effective and entertaining.

practical application of the learned

The crowning end of this eventful week took place in the auditorium. Here the students presented their rehearsed skits and self -produced videos, which not only showed their progress, but also offered the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in front of an audience of younger classmates, parents and teachers. This event was a significant moment for many participants to present the fruits of their hard work.

The preparations for the next “English Week” are already in full swing. Julia Moser, the organizer of the event, highlights the anticipation of the students for the coming year. The enthusiasm for the English language and the associated cultural insights have a contagious effect and motivate the students to continue to deal intensively with the language in the future.

Such an engagement is not only important for the personal training of the students, but also contributes to the promotion of intercultural skills in an increasingly globalized environment. The "English Week" thus proves to be a valuable measure for language support, which shows in an impressive way how practical learning can be.
