The event attracted not only job seekers, but also representatives of well -known companies that work for diversity and inclusion. A total of twelve companies took part in the job exchange and offered various job offers. This shows that the doors for people with disabilities are further open.
The participants had the opportunity to quickly present their curriculum vitae and to ask potential employers directly what they expect from their future employees. Many of the companies present are aware that diversity in the workplace is not only a social dream, but also brings fresh perspectives and innovations into their teams.
A central concern of the organizers was to create an environment in which the participants can feel comfortable and show their skills and talents. The positive feedback from Gabriel and other participants shows that such an exchange is not only necessary, but also motivating. Those present were able to meet their expectations and found a valuable platform to present themselves on the job market.
Such initiatives are of great importance to raise awareness of the talents and possibilities of people with disabilities. It is important that they are recognized as equivalent members of society who can make valuable contributions. The job exchange has taken the first step in this direction and it remains to be seen how many sustainable employment relationships from this event will result.
