On the part of the SPÖ there are chairman Andreas Babler and the third president of the National Council, Doris Bures.

According to the current media reports, a tighter schedule should be available: The talks should lead to a result up to the next National Council meetings on February 26 and 27, 2025. In particular, work is done on a so -called double budget. In exchange, the SPÖ could forego wealth taxes, while the ÖVP signals an agreement on banking.
