Animal highlights: Small animal breeding association inspires in Holzleithen

Ottnang. The club exhibition of the small animal breeding association E27 Bergern/Wolfsegg took place in the Stockhalle in Holzleithen, which has been organized for the fourth time this year. Here, visitors could not only admire an impressive selection of around 300 animals, but also enjoy culinary delights that provided a pleasant atmosphere.

Among the outstanding breeders, Daniel Kurz-Reichmann stood out, who won the title of the youth association champion with his dwarf-Cochin Schwarz in the poultry category. He achieved a score of 376. Gerhard Strasser secured the club championship title in the poultry category and was also awarded his bantam black chickens as an exhibition winner, and he achieved excellent 384 points in the successful performance. The places second and three were awarded to Leopold Wagner from Zell am Pettenfirst and Gerhard Strasser, both of whom reached a score of 382 with their spring -footed dwarf chickens, a gold porcelain colored and a lemon porcelain -colored variant.

At the pigeons, Rudolf Schwarz was the bright winner, whose Voorburg turtle took first place with 382 points. Rudolf Kurz-Reichmann was also successful and took second place with the Pomeranian Kröpfer Weiß (380 points) and third place with the Old Industry Capuchin yellow (379 points).
