A decade of Regional Market Arbesbach: Celebrate and enjoy
The regional market in Arbesbach, known for its cozy atmosphere and the opportunity to buy regional specialties, recently celebrated its tenth anniversary. The event attracted numerous visitors who could be pampered with treats and atmospheric ambience.
A special highlight was the birthday cake from the local confectionery Huber, which sweetened the celebrations. In addition to the cake, there was an exciting wheel of fortune where the guests could win great prizes. However, the highlight of the festival was the dumpling meal: Silvia Prinz from Schmerbach had prepared a whopping 300 dumplings that literally flown out of the shells. It didn't just remain with the enjoyment of the dumplings; Many guests could not hold back to lick their plates to the last bit!
entertaining musical accompaniment and words of thanks
The talented musicians Aron Saringer and Valerie Jank provided the musical accompaniment. Gerda Holzmann, the organizer of the market, addressed the visitors, the community and the regional providers in a thank you speech. She emphasized that without the support of everyone involved, the success of the market would not have been possible. Mayor Martin Frühwirth joined these words of thanks by emphasizing the importance of the market for the population and praising the excellent work of everyone involved.
The regional market has been taking place every first Friday of February to December since 2014 in the former Gasthaus Klinger. This is where eleven regional companies present themselves, while a flea market is organized on the upper floor, the proceeds of which are donated to the needy in the region. Changing fire departments from the surrounding communities with drinks and homemade pastries take care of the physical well -being in the rustic dining room.
The next dates for the regional market are the 8. November and the 6. December , to which everyone interested is invited to discover the variety of regional products and spend a good time. More information on this can be found on www.noen.at
