Last week there was a regrettable incident at the Milbertshofen transshipment station, which has now attracted the attention of the investigative authorities. In the night from Wednesday to Thursday, more precisely between November 13th and 14th, a total of twelve new vehicles were damaged while they were transported on a car transport.

The affected vehicles include nine VW T7 buses, an Audi Q7 and two VW Polo. The total damage caused by this vandalism is estimated at around 50,000 euros. The unknown perpetrators had apparently noticed the windshield wipers of the vehicles and partially torn them off. The driving wind of the car transport access, which drove towards Ingolstadt early Thursday morning, led to the torn parts thrown back and forth, which led to numerous paint damage on various vehicle parts, especially on bonnet and side surfaces.

The damage was found on Thursday morning in Rohrbach, in the district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. At that time, the vehicles were about to unload. It is striking that the car transport train had no further hold after its departure from Milbertshofen, which means that only the transshipment station in Munich is considered as a crime scene.
