From November 15, 2024, ice stock fans can again become active in the Rohrbach district. This is done on the two covered artisans in Teufelmühle and Kollonödt. In the Teufelmühle, the landlady Ursula Rockenchaub has already prepared everything for the coming season. "Our artificial ice rink is in operation until March 9, 2025," she explains. The ice rink is always accessible from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday. If you are hungry after the throat, you can fortify yourself in the restaurant with a traditional "Bratl in Da Pure". "The kitchen is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.," continued Rockenbaub.

A reservation is essential for the use of the Teufelmühle railways. Interested parties can conveniently book the train via the Teufelmühle website. "This way you can see immediately which appointments are still free," says Rockenchaub. The prices are also attractive: 40 euros per group for a period of two and a half hours. In addition to the ice rink, a hut will also be available in which punch and glowmost are offered.

Peter Pichler, landlord in the Kollonödt, also announced the start of the season of his artificial ice rink: "From November 15th, our art icems will also be in operation." The reservation should also be made quickly here, as a lively interest can be expected, especially around the Christmas season. Pichler emphasizes: "The lanes are covered, so that we are largely independent of the weather."

The reservations for the ice stock hall in Kollonödt can take place in three time windows from Wednesday to Friday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. On weekends, the times available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. If you want to book a train, you can do so by email at wirtshaus@kollonoedt.at or by phone at 07289/8788.
