"We want to remove white spots and raise our voice in every place," announced Ecker. These local groups should strengthen the blue accent in the region and reach the citizens even more intensively.

The honored include municipal council Johann Steinbauer from Katsdorf, Josef Steininger from Mitterkirchen, Gottfried Weichselbaumer from Perg and the former mayor Ernst Haslinger from Saxen. Gert Grohmann from St. Georgen am Walde also received an honor for his 60-year membership.
