Knife attack in Linz: 21-year-old seriously injured-perpetrator caught!

In the night of Sunday there was a shocking incident in Linz when a 21-year-old Linz was the victim of a knife attack. The attack occurred on the country road near the Mozart crossing at around 0:25 a.m. when an argument between the young man and a 22-year-old Romanian escalated from the Perg district. Thanks to its precise description, the fast intervention group (SIG) was able to arrest the alleged perpetrator at the train station in Linz. The 22-year-old was admitted to the Linz police recess center, where he was clearly identified as the main suspect. The Linz public prosecutor has already made orders for further investigation and the arrested person is transferred to the Linz prison.
