In the Freistadt district, a group of entrepreneurs gathered to participate in a special event known as "Coffee to Stay". Organized by women in the economy, under the direction of Elvira Fleischanderl, a unique insight into the art of coffee resort was offered to the approximately 50 present. This meeting was not only an opportunity to learn more about coffee, but also a valuable opportunity to network.

The event took place in the in -house roastery of Peter Affenzeller, which brought the participants closer to the fascinating processes around the roasting of coffee. He explained how an aromatic drink is created from an inconspicuous coffee bean. The women were allowed to take part in an informative management, in which they were able to understand the different phases of the roasting process step by step. Tastings were also an important part of the program, which means that the participants were able to experience the variety of taste of the coffee themselves.

Numerous questions were answered during the event by Peter Affenzeller and his team. "What makes a really good coffee? Where does the best bean grow? And how is the perfect mixture matched?" These and many other topics were passionately and expertly discussed, which aroused the curiosity of the participants.

The final part of the evening was an informal networking, in which the women had the opportunity to exchange ideas and make new contacts. In addition, regional delicacies were served, including dishes from the Pankrazhofer and Müller sausages from Freistadt, which completed the culinary offer.

Elvira Fleischanderl drew a positive balance: "This event not only brought the variety of coffee closer, but also showed how important the exchange and networking among entrepreneurs are." She emphasized that such events not only strengthen the community, but also promote new ideas and impulses. With the successful implementation of this event, women once again demonstrated in the economy how significantly inspiring events are for the entrepreneurs in the district - a real joy for spirit and palate.
