On December 7th, a very special event will take place in the OKH-open cultural center in Vöcklabruck: the organic winter enjoyment, organized by the earth's market, which was established as the first Upper Austrian “market of the earth” in 2022. This unique market invites everyone to discover and enjoy the joys of regional organic production. Visitors can look forward to a variety of delicacies, all of which come from committed organic producers from the immediate vicinity.

A central aspect of this market is personal contact between producers and guests. Only products that are 100% biologically certified are offered here. This should not only promote enjoyment, but also to raise awareness of sustainable, healthy and fair foods. The goods offered include a wide range, from milk and grain products to rare fruit and vegetable varieties to homemade juices, schnapps, medicinal herbs and much more.

One of the highlights of organic winter enjoyment is the area for culinary experiences, where visitors not only buy the products, but can also try it directly. The treats offered in the bar area include sandwiches, homemade pastries and exquisite wines. The Slow Food winemaker from Wagram, which will present their wines for the first time in Vöcklabruck, are a completely new offer.

There is a special culinary program for the little market visitors. Florian Bucar, the chef of the Daberer Biohotel from the Carinthian Gailtal, will prepare creative dishes together with children on the 1st floor.
