VIENNA. From spring 2025, Vienna will have a spectacular advertising space: the Goldbach Iconic Screen on Riesenradplatz in Vienna's Prater will shape the cityscape with an impressive area of over 50 square meters. This innovative Digital Out of Home (DOOH) location joins a list of internationally renowned advertising locations valued for their modern outdoor advertising solutions. The installation will be located right at the main entrance to the Prater, right next to the world-famous Vienna Ferris Wheel, and attracts millions of visitors every year. According to Medianet, the screen should not only be a real eye-catcher, but also set new standards for digital advertising.
Innovative technology and long range
In addition to classic advertising options, the Goldbach Iconic Screen also offers groundbreaking 3D effects that create impressive visual illusions without glasses. “Tokyo, New York, London – and soon also Vienna,” enthuses Marcus Zinn, Sales Director DOOH at Goldbach Austria, about the extraordinary location and the innovative technology available at the new location. In addition to this new space, Goldbach Austria plans to expand its DOOH network throughout Austria by also investing in its own outdoor advertising space. The first locations will open in September in Vienna, Lower Austria and Upper Austria, including the first 3D advertising space at Summerstage on the Donaukanal, as reported on medienmanager.
The company also aims to strengthen its individual offering by creating its own screens in conjunction with existing partners. Goldbach Austria Managing Director Josef Almer makes it clear that the company not only wants to achieve high reach, but also offers those responsible for the advertising space more flexibility through programmatic booking options. The vision of creating innovative advertising solutions in urban environments is underlined once again by the installation of the Goldbach Iconic Screen in the Prater.
