important measures to support entrepreneurs
In the context of her speech, the governor addressed the importance of securing the prosperity by strengthening competitiveness, and warning to reduce the additional burdens from taxes and bureaucracy. In accordance with a concept of competition promotion, she underlined that every founder creates an average of five new jobs and it is therefore crucial to create optimal framework conditions for entrepreneurial action. Wolfgang Ecker, President of the Commerce Chamber of Lower Austria, assured continuous support for the entrepreneurs and an improvement in the framework conditions in order to upgrade the image of domestic companies. In addition, the tax organism was mentioned in accordance with Section 2 (2) No. 2 UStG, which is intended to enable an integrated administration of companies. According to the explanations, the organism only includes the entrepreneurial area of the subsidiary, which means that the integrated companies are considered to be dependent and the organ carrier bears the main responsibility. This not only facilitates tax handling, but also promotes economic cooperation within the corporate groups. The definition and the requirements for the organism are crucial for the financial and organizational integration of companies, which is supported by various BFH judgments that offer clarity about the conditions of this cooperation.
