On Saturday, the exciting conclusion of the Stockcar Racing Cup took place in Natschbach-Loipersbach. On this last day of the race, a total of 44 drivers were at the start and ensured gripping competitions in several classes: F2, youth, saloon and rear class. Participation was particularly gratifying, because 12 drivers had registered in the F2 class, while in the youth there were also 12 participants and 11 drivers in the Saloon class. In the rear class, 9 competitors competed to prove their skills.
The first races started with great excitement. Christian Neuwirth fell in the first round of the Saloon class, but fortunately he was unharmed. The Haider brothers dominated during the first preliminary run, with Andre Haider winning the race and securing the 15 points. In the other runs, all the Haider, Schabauer and Strass drivers showed themselves in an excellent form, with an exciting A-final that Peter Strass won and Andreas Haider relegated to third place.
