Green strips between the settlement and garden city: allergy sufferers and dogs affected

A narrow green strip in Neunkirchen causes unrest among the residents. Local residents complain about allergies and the unsightly legacies of dogs that are in the immediate vicinity of their gardens. This narrow strip, which runs between the settlements and the adjacent garden city, seems to be neglected, which leads to growing dissatisfaction among the residents.

It is known that the green strip is in possession of the local parish, and the care that is given to him leaves something to be desired. A resident expresses herself frustrated about the situation: "The green strip was once mowed in the previous year. Even Ragweed has grown there. I notice it because my eyes start itching from the beginning of April." This is a serious problem for allergy sufferers in the area, since Ragweed is known as particularly allergy -causing.

dog -friendly problems

In addition to the allergy problem, the green strip is often misused as a "dog ko". Another resident reports: "The green strip is misused by many as a dog cloak." These unsanitary conditions also tighten the situation for the residents. One wonders why there is a lack of proper care and cleaning measures in this area.

Pastor Bernhard Lang reacted to inquiries and said: "The whole property has been awarded in building law. We are therefore already in exchange with the building law and the community how it can be looked after." He emphasized that a solution was in the works and that he would bring up the matter again.

The local authorities, represented by Vice Mayor Johann Gansterer of the Greens, are also involved in the discussion. He announced that he was examining the situation together with the construction director. Gansterer made it clear: "Of course, Ragweed should not open, our farm would certainly take care of it when it comes to information." According to him, there are always claims that meadow areas should only be mowed twice a year to promote biodiversity.

The residents now hope for a sooner solution to the problem, because such care is of great importance for the quality of life in the neighborhood. The citizens have a legitimate interest in the fact that their surroundings remain clean and pleasant and are looking forward to the results of the discussions between the responsible bodies. These persistent problems illustrate how important it is to regularly maintain public spaces in order to meet the needs of the residents.
