Club afternoon in Mistelbach: Experience shooting sports and community
Mistelbach: The lively atmosphere at the Mistelbach shooting club ensures that it is always exciting there. Numerous sports shooters recently crowded in the air pressure stand to take part in a club afternoon and the winter championship. These events not only attract young and old, but also offer a platform for talented shooters to measure themselves in various disciplines. From young people to women and men to hunters who have a valid hunting card, the field of participants was extremely colorful.
The winter championship, which is held with air pressure pistols and air pressure rifles, takes place regularly until the beginning of March 2025. The award ceremony will follow at the end of February or early March. If you are interested, you should regularly visit the association's website to stay up to date. At the leisure events, the club house not only ensures warm temperatures, but also a cozy atmosphere with a wide range of drinks and snacks.
training opportunities for Jäger
In addition to the shooting events, the Lower Austrian Hunting Association offers various seminars at the Mistelbach shooting club. This includes introductory and advanced seminars for fist fire weapons that are open to all hunters with a valid Lower Austria hunting card. Furthermore, a special training, the "running boar" seminar, is offered. Here the participants practice shooting on moving objects- an important exercise before a wild boar or bar hunting, which is often used by the hunters.
Another point on the program of the shooting club are the possibilities for acquiring the weapons license, which are conveyed both theoretically and in practice. In addition, after prior registration, interested parties can take a weapon psychological reliability report. This is particularly important to ensure that participants meet the necessary prerequisites for the safe handling of weapons.
The 100m cable system of the shooting club, on the other hand, is used all year round for one and check-ups. Here not only members, but also hunters have the opportunity to check their weapons for the respective suitability for use. Qualified instructors look after the participants to ensure safe and effective shooting practice. However, it is necessary to secure an appointment in advance, since the space and weather conditions can influence this.
The performance of the Mistelbach shooting club is also impressive. The association has won many championship titles in recent years, and its members are regularly represented at national and international competitions. Some of the shooters even took part in the Olympic Games as well as world and European championships. These successful athletes are happy to pass on their valuable knowledge and experience to newcomers and interested parties.
entry -level seminars and event instructions
In the near future, the Mistelbach shooting club is planning entry-level seminars in Air Force shooting and in sports shooting with fist fire and long weapons. Interested parties should look forward to tenders and invitations on the club website. A very special event also takes place on December 7th: the traditional fist firearm crampus shooting. Both experienced shooters and beginners are welcome here to test their skills at a distance of 10 meters. Rental weapons are provided and after the award ceremony there are attractive prices and vouchers to win.
But the Mistelbach shooting club is not just about shooting. The board organizes a variety of events, including weapons law seminars, lectures on first aid and also cultural events such as afternoons. In addition, an educational trip to Salzburg is scheduled for the international trade fair "hunting and fishing" for February 22, 2025, to which everyone interested is invited.
The shooting club Mistelbach has established itself as a popular place for team building events, company excursions and even birthday parties. Depending on the occasion and age of the guests, suitable programs and activities are put together. Of course, a culinary accompaniment is also considered, often in the form of barbecues or the like.
Further information, photos and reports of events can find interested parties on the club website www.schuetzenverein-mistelbach.org . The chief shooter Josef Kohzina and the team are also happy to answer any questions.
shooter Heil!
