ddr. Kurt Loimer, a well -known and valued doctor in Gars, died on November 11th at the age of 98. His long career as a doctor has made him a familiar figure in the community over four decades. Even in old age, he was actively involved in family life and his homeland.
The doctor was born on August 5, 1926 in Brunn/Wild. Tragically, he had to cope with his mother's loss at a young age, and his father's death also hit him when he was 14 years old. After his basic education at the elementary school in Brunn and the high school in Strebersdorf and Horn, he took the war gravel in Melk. During the Second World War he did a service in the Navy.
