Schwazer handball players are clearly subject to Krems - look ahead!

A moving Friday evening in the HLA master league: Sparkasse Schwaz Handball Tirol had to take a bitter defeat against the leaders UHK Krems on the tenth matchday. With a final score of 26:38 (12:16), the Schwazer had to accept their sixth loss of away.

The game against the Kremser was challenging for the Schwaz from the start. After the game, coach Christoph Jauenik critically commented on the performance of his team: "Overall, we were unpaid, you have to clearly state that. We were lacking the last consequence and efficiency in every area." This assessment clearly shows that the Schwazer could not build on their usual level of performance on this day.

Schwazer problems in different areas

The analysis of coach Jauenik illustrates the problems that the Schwazers had in the game. Not only was there a lack of the necessary punch in the attack, but also the defense could not offer the Kremser decisively. According to Jauernik, the team had to "try to check off what was a used day for us".

With a look forward, the Schwazern are already facing new challenges. Next Saturday you will have to compete against HC Linz in the home game. The pressure to deliver a better performance there will increase to tear the helm around in the current championship.

The defeat in Krems will certainly provide intensive training sessions because the team has to work on going to the next game both strategically and mentally. The focus is now on increasing the demands on yourself and taking the mistakes of the past games as an incentive
