success and developments under Reinhard Wolf

Reinhard Wolf can look back on an impressive career that started after studying agricultural economics at the University of Natural Resources He was instrumental in the foundation of today's RWA and took over the position of the board director for agricultural and energy in 2009. Under its leadership from 2013, the RWA accepted a new direction that was shaped by forward -looking decisions.

An essential focus of his term was on the expansion of the agricultural business in Central and Southeast Europe, which drove the company's international anchorage. Wolf initiated an innovation platform to actively help shape the progress in agriculture. He also expanded the Haus & Garden and building materials business areas and relied on the transformation in the energy sector - away from fossil fuels to renewable energies such as pellets and photovoltaics.

Special mention deserves the purchase of feed producer Patentco in Serbia, which is considered the greatest acquisition in the history of the RWA. This decision was a decisive step in the corporate strategy and will have long -term effects on the market position of the RWA. Wolf also set a milestone with the construction of the company headquarters in Korneuburg, which contributed significantly to upgrade the headquarters.

The RWA thus looks back on a rich history under the leadership of Reinhard Wolf, whose threads are now handed over to Johannes Schuster. The RWA, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Michael Göschelbauer, thanked Wolf for his forward -looking and successful management and confidently commented that Schuster will continue the positive development of the company.
