strict controls at the airport
These incidents underline the strict security measures that are implemented at the Vienna-Schwechat Airport. Air safety is continuously increased to combat the smuggling of drugs and other illegal goods. Due to their attentive control, which they carry out regularly, the criminal officers have contributed significantly to the fact that such substances can be found and removed in good time. The arrests in both cases show that the risks for smugglers are high.
