The Lenzing Group, a major manufacturer of regenerated cellulose fibers, has embarked on a significant recovery path in the 2024 financial year. How finanzen.ch reported that sales revenue increased by 5.7 percent to 2.66 billion euros. This positive development is mainly due to a 10 percent increase in fiber sales. Rohit Aggarwal, CEO of the Lenzing Group, expressed optimism about future developments: “Thanks to targeted measures, we were able to achieve a significant recovery in fiber volumes sold and strong performance in the pulp business, despite the weak market situation.” The company's own performance program made a decisive contribution to improving the financial indicators, with the EBITDA margin increasing from 12 to 14.8 percent, as can be seen from the figures presented.
