KTM bankruptcy shocked Innviertel: 750 jobs in danger!
The traditional motorcycle manufacturer KTM from Mattighofen (Braunau district) has come into the bankruptcy, which has drastic effects on the employees and the entire region. According to the credit protection association, the debt load amounts to around 1.8 billion euros. The decline means that around 3,600 employees are affected, of whom 250 have already been terminated and another 500 layoffs will follow in the course of the renovation measures.
