On November 15, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred on the B92, Görtschitztalstraße, in the area of Matzendorf in the direction of Klagenfurt. According to reports from Click Carinthia and Radio Graz, a 69-year-old man from the Wolfsberg district collided with a vehicle whose 81-year-old driver from Klagenfurt-Land was about to turn from Lindenstrasse onto the B92 in the direction of Deinsdorf.
The accident happened at 1:00 p.m. and resulted in the B92 having to be closed for about an hour. The 81-year-old woman was injured in the collision and had to be flown to the accident hospital in the C11 rescue helicopter. Her injuries were listed as undetermined.
