Carinthian apprentices create vegan biscuits: Nussyy® inspires with innovation!

With a creative project, apprentices made of three savings school classes in Carinthia have made a name for themselves. Together with Carina Rahimi-Pirngruber, the founder of Nussyy®, they developed the new Nussyy® Bio Decker-Keksi® Zitron · spelled, such as oe24.at reported . This innovative product development includes the design of the recipe and packaging and is under the motto of conscious enjoyment- vegan, palm oil and lactose-free as well as without sugar additive.

The apprentices, aged 18 to 20 years, were able to gain practical experience as part of their training in the subjects "Sales Competences & Personality Development", "Sales Internship" and "Product Development". Paul Bacher, Managing Director of Spar Kärnten and East Tyrol, emphasized: "It was exciting for our apprentices to look behind the scenes and actively participate in the design of a product." In this way you not only learn the theory, but also experience the reality of the market, from the choice of ingredients to the presentation on the shelf.

Healthy ingredients for gourmets

The biscuit variety combines healthy ingredients: Made from Austrian organic spelled and organic harbor, the Nussyy® organic biscuits are refined with natural vanilla notes and high-quality lemon oil. The sweetness comes exclusively from dates. Spar Austria reported that these innovative cookies are now available exclusively in the savings markets, Spargourmet, Eurospar and Interspar. Through this project, the apprentices not only receive valuable knowledge, but also a deep understanding of product development and marketing.
