The Hasslacher Holzbausysteme GmbH in Kühweg, not far from Hermagor, has recently been the hosts for a special group: the senior citizens' association Hermagor organized an exciting company visit for its members. Under the direction of Martin Wieser and Josef Janschitz, 36 participants researched the impressive production facilities in two groups, which are equipped with state -of -the -art, computer -controlled machines.

The excursion offered the participants a detailed insight into the processing and manufacture of advanced timber construction products. This includes planing goods, lifting wood and design full wood, which are popular for modern timber construction. The products are manufactured individually to order and reach customers not only in Europe, but even to Australia. Particularly noteworthy is the production location in Hermagor, which is internationally known for its mega carriers, which have impressive lengths of up to 53 meters.

At the end of the day there was a delicious dinner with crispy baked back and potato salad, which was enjoyed in a convivial round. The successful afternoon organized by chairman Mag.
