Jürgen Rossi, the long-time coach of the Dornbirner SV juniors, will leave the club in the summer of 2025. This is done at your own request, how vienna.at reported. Rossi's decision is related to professional changes that make it impossible to continue his coaching position with the previous intensity. The club has expressly thanked him for the committed cooperation and hopes to welcome Rossi as a guest at home games and events in the future.
Although Rossi will no longer be active as a coach in the future, he remains connected to the DSV. A successor has not yet been determined. The fans and the club management value Rossi very much because he is considered suitable for the second team not only professionally but also personally.
Return to the roots
Rossi was already more active in the football landscape, most recently he worked for SPG Schwarzach/Wolfurt 1b and SPG Egg/Andelsbuch 1b until summer 2023. He also played for FC Dornbirn for many years. The club has high hopes for Rossi's return as he is seen as the new juniors coach. Dornbirner SV is pleased about the positive step and will install Manfred Tiefenthaler as assistant coach at Rossi's side to support the team in the coming challenges.
