Innovative caps from Villach: Revolution for beverage packaging!
Villach, Österreich - New sip from the bottle! The Villach company Interelektrik has developed a groundbreaking solution for the tethered caps that have to be used in the summer. Managing Director Stefan Aichholzer comments on the problems that cause conventional caps. They often slipped when pouring in and made it difficult to re -re -re -complete. The new cap that should soon be on the shelves is designed in such a way that it remains open in a controlled manner and does not hinder pouring out. In the interview, Aichholzer explains that twelve production starts were already necessary to develop the perfect cap. MeinDärzirk reports about this innovative development that could soon conquer the market.
perfectly tailored to the requirements
At the moment, interelectric is testing its locking caps in various dairies and expects that the new products will be available in the supermarket in February. The development phase included not only the design of the caps themselves, but also the necessary adaptation to existing filling lines, such as KHS. Arne Wiese, expert in closures, emphasizes that the right cheeking and technical implementation are decisive in order to reliably meet the new requirements.
The new cap not only offers improved handling, but can also be integrated into existing systems, which means that companies can now use the time to clarify all technical requirements at an early stage. This prevents unexpected difficulties from later implementation, which could slow down production times.
